Oakland County Real Estate Broker past 36 years.

1 year as Dale Carnegie sales pitcher.

Bunch of too colorful years working in my father's Cadillac dealership

and others before real estate.

Where have you lived, and where do you live now?

Last 19 years in West Bloomfield condo community called Cloister on

the Lakes. It has fed me well ever since.

Are you retired? If so, what are you doing in retirement?

By design Real Estate is almost in the "hobby" mode still energizing,

not necessarily lucrative, especially past few years. No problem.

Please tell us about your family, spouse/s, children,

grandchildren, etc.

Smart only son owns a company Southern CA. Catalina Freight line

and a successful internet shopping business. 2 grand angels. His 30th

HS reunion with wife Mary an original A2 gal is next weekend.

Wife Joanne of 26 years quite a good get.

What interests/activities do you find most satisfying?

Good Golf. Weekend Manhattans, Real estate closings

Did you have experiences in High School that influenced later

choices in your life?

Too scary to recall.
