What did you do right after we graduated?

I attended EMU and graduated in 1968 at which point Uncle Sam gave

me a call.  I spend most of my time in Baltimore.

What has been your occupation(s) over the past 50 years? Tell us

about any highlights or cool things that you’ve been a part of.

Through college and for a few years after the army I worked at

Weber's in the restaurant and motel office with a goal of becoming a

manager.  I pursued a different line of work after going back to school

at CDI.  I worked as a computer programmer at the UM for 22 years,

until they kicked my out.

Where are you living?

I am still living in Ann Arbor in the home I helped build with my father-

in-law.  We have been in it since 1976.

Are you retired? If so, what are you doing in retirement?

I am now semi retired, only working 25-40 hours a week, and working

as a parts driver for NAPA.

Are you married? What’s your spouse’s name?

Married to a 'girl' I met at Weber's, Carol, in 1975.  Still going strong.

.

Do you have kids? Where are they & what are they up to?

We have 5 kids, she's Catholic you know.  Number 1 is Cheryl and she

is a Senior Associate Researcher at George Washington University in

DC.  She studies monkey brains (deceased).

Number 2  is Andy who lives in Chicago and works for Harpo

Productions (that's Oprah) as an audience coordinator.

Tommy is the middle kid and works at Norton's in Ypsi as a buyer.

Catherine, #5, is attending UM Dearborn and studying business.

Last, but not least, is Lisa a Junior at Huron High.

How about grandchildren? How many? How old? Where are they?

But wait! What about great grand-kids?!!?

None and probably wont.

Have you had any adventures you’d care to tell us about?

No great adventures yet but when I win the $1,000,000/yr PCH lottery

I'm off to Hawaii and Australia.
