Chuck graduated from EMU in business and

was a stock broker for seven years.  In 1968 he

married Jean Gallagher, also class of '63.  Jean

graduated from UM and then worked as a

Systems Engineer for IBM for six years in the

Detroit area.  Chuck joined the family business

in 1975 in Ann Arbor, later bought the small

manufacturing company with his brother Tom.  

Four generations have now worked at the

company started by Chuck's grandfather

Lyndon in 1932.

Chuck and Jean have 2 children and 5 young

grandchildren.   Chuck recently retired and

enjoys hobbies and the family.   Jean continues

her volunteer activities and her half time job for

Ann Arbor Meals on Wheels, part of the UM

Health System.
